Reshoot Planning (April 23rd)

 Planning for new footage.

I have decided that I want to keep the fight footage as a part of the final edit, but I also need to find a way to work around it before I shoot the new footage. What we have right now, of Lydia and Sierra meeting ten years later, provides a foundation. We also had a few shots of Lydia and Sierra looking at each other and recognizing each other after all this time, which was going to be the starting point for the film, but I don't like the quality of the footage for those shots, as they were rushed due to time constraints on set and many of the extras had already left. 

NEW PLAN FOR THE RECOGNITION SHOTS

Option 1: Sierra walks into a house party, there are cinematic lights. She sees Lydia, bathed in red lighting (danger). Alarm sounds ring - non diegetic sound, and then it flashes back to their younger selves. I don't know how much I like the idea. For the inspiration though, I like these collection of shots for Lydia.

And a shot of Lydia filming Sierra on her camera and cutting to the actual camera footage that Lydia filmed on set.
